Shopping:
When you enter our store, you are immediately assigned a unique id number.
This unique id number stores your order and your information. You are
free to shop and browse around to your hearts content. If you make a mistake
and need to correct your order, Then you need to use
the "Basket" button. The contents of your
order will be displayed and you can add, subtract, remove and adjust the
selections and quantities of any item in your basket. You can also just
empty the entire contents of your basket and start shopping all over again.
Correcting
an Order:
If you make a mistake and need to correct you order, Then you need to
use the "Basket Contents" button. The contents of your order
will be displayed and you can add, subtract, remove and adjust the selections
and quantities of any item in your basket.
ADD
TO CART:
At any item, you may choose to add it to your basket and continue shopping.
This is much different than "Buy One Now"
INSTANT
BUY:
If you use this feature, you are making a single and immediate order.
This means that your Basket will be updated and you will be immediately
taken to the Check-Out for order processing.
Check
Out Process:
Once you have finished your shopping, you should click on the "CheckOut"
button. You will be sent to our order information page. This is the area
where your name and address information is required. Once this information
is complete you should select "Continue". Next, you will be
sent to a secure page. At this secure page you will be asked for you credit
card information. It is important that you have entered the "Bill
to": information correctly
Shipping
Methods:
There are several shipping methods which range from standard which is
5-7 days, 3-Day, 2nd day and Overnight. International orders now take
longer due to increased security on imports and exports by the US and
other countries.
